Terms and conditions for use of Digital Technology Expert Group Services
Our service is offered to customer with the condition that customer accepts without modification of the terms and conditions wherever mention here. We Digital Technology Expert Group may change those terms and condition or any part of it any time without any pervious notice. Those term and conditions apply to all transaction and services provided by Digital Technology Expert Group in past or will provide in future or present. Customer must agree to all term and conditions without any objection prior to service perform.
- General
Those term and conditions apply to all services or services request made by phone, verbal, by email, online support or any other way. We Digital Technology Expert Group reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone without any reason or any explanation. We reserve the right to keep all conversation or communication for any legal or improvement purpose without any prior notice. Digital Technology Expert Group means anyone who work for or work with Digital Technology Expert Group or service provide behalf of Digital technology Expert Group.
- Service
Any work describe as "service" may be technical or no technical but not limited to any specification. Some of the services are like technical support, computer repair, network repair or diagnostic, tech support, online or onsite.
- Online Service
An online service is only available to the customer who paid full payment of invoice before 2 weeks of invoice date. Online service is not available if customer has no recent invoice or service done. We Digital Technology Expert Group may set forth limits to the technology we support. Certain Services may have minimum system requirements. We will charge fees for one time online service from new customer or customer has no recent invoice and its non-refundable. Online service is only available on our convenient time and day.
- Price and Payment
Fees and charges for services are fix may include traveling charges or traveling time charges. Digital Technology Expert Group may charge extra for traveling or for time to reach site for service. All warranty of material and workmanship will avoided if full payment of service will not receive in 2 weeks of invoice date including non-business days. Unpaid invoice will submit to collection agency after 1 month of invoice date. In dispute for service or charges customer is responsible for full payment before any settlement. For online service minimum charges will collect in advance before any service performed. If we find any additional problem which requires additional cost and if customer declines service, customer has to pay original charges. We charge 10% recovery charge per month on all unpaid invoice after 1st month and 25% per month if unpaid more then 6 months. and 175% per month if unpaid more then 1 year.
- Warranty
There is no warranty on any product or service from Digital Technology Expert Group other vise it stated in invoice. All material warranty is from there manufacturer or supplier as per their term and condition. Digital Technology Expert Group will charge for service even thou product is under warranty from manufacturer or supplier.
- Backup
Customer is responsible for all data backup prior to service performed. We Digital technology Expert Group are not responsible for any data loss during or after service performed. We Digital Technology Expert Group legally or financially not responsible for any lost data, programs, and operating systems. We Digital technology Expert Group are not responsible for any hardware or software damage during service.
- Licenses
Customer is responsible for providing the original disks and a Certificate of Authenticity or software licenses prior to service. We Digital Technology Expert Group cannot and will not install invalid, illegal or unlicensed operating systems or software. Customer is responsible for all invalid, illegal or unlicensed operating systems or software on their system.
